DIRECTIONS:

Classroom instruction is held at
714 Beech Street in Historic Fernandina Beach.
[Parking lot behind house - driveway on 8th St.]

Offices & classrooms are located in a historic home
at the corner of South 8th & Beech Streets.
Beech Street is two blocks south of the island's
main East-West thoroughfare, Centre Street
(a.k.a. Atlantic Ave.) in the downtown historic district.

Head north on 8th St., which is also Hwy. A1A.
We're in a yellow Victorian home on the SW corner,
across the street from an Exxon Station ("T-Ray's
Burger Station" - a local favorite); kitty-corner from
The Beech Street Grill.

If driving on Atlantic Avenue, head west toward the river.
Turn left onto 8th Street. Our headquarters will be
on your right, two short blocks south of Atlantic/Centre.

From our building on Beech St., it's a short, pleasant walk
to the downtown marina, where we dock our sailboats
and conduct on-the-water instruction!
We are conveniently located near the downtown
Hampton Inn and many of the island's beautiful
historic bed-&-breakfast homes.

The Fernandina Harbor Marina is near the northern end
of the Island, on the western shore, bordering the
Amelia River at the foot of Centre Street.

Drive north on Fletcher (A1A) along the beach,
and turn left onto Atlantic, staying on that street until it
deadends at the Marina; or, head north on S. 14th Street
or S. 8th Street (also part of A1A) and turn left onto
Atlantic Ave./Centre Street.

FREE PARKING is available on the
north & south sides of the gift shop/restaurant
(yellow building), within short walking
distance of the boats. If lots are full,
parking is available on Centre Street
and downtown side streets.

Our Jax area location offers a wide range of services for both new and experienced sailors, including sailing
lessons, charters and bareboat rentals. We currently offer the services of a 28’ Sabre Sailboat (below),
which is operated by Kevin Conway, a USCG Licensed Captain and ASA Certified Sailing Instructor.
